About GIRLS ON ARISE TO SUCCEED II

Who are we?

Founded in St. Cloud, MN, in 2015, Girls on Arise to Succeed was created with a mission to empower youth in underserved communities. We provide the tools, resources, and support they need to overcome adversity and build resilient, positive identities. In 2024, we expanded our reach with the launch of Girls on Arise to Succeed II in Chicago, IL, furthering our commitment to delivering impactful programs that focus on violence prevention, mental health, homelessness, and self-care.

Since our founding, we’ve made a lasting impact on the lives of young women and non-binary youth. Our programs offer a welcoming and supportive environment where youth ages 9 to 18 can explore and address their challenges, engage in meaningful conversations, and grow.

Participants gain valuable life skills in leadership, goal-setting, and education, and learn how to develop healthy habits that positively influence their futures. We foster an environment of gratitude, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Girls on Arise to Succeed II is more than just a program—it’s a community. We offer a safe space where young people can find support, share experiences, and receive guidance on navigating life’s most important issues. Whether facing family challenges, mental health struggles, or homelessness, our group connects participants with caring adults who are committed to their success.
